Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. We currently ship to the United States with two options:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 days): Free on every order, no minimum required.
- Express Shipping (2-4 days): $4.90 flat.
The options and rates shown here are for the United States. Ordering from another country? Available shipping methods, rates, and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, and any customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are determined by your local authorities.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. You can also track it on our Track Order page, or reach us any time at Support@GlowyGum.com and we'll look it up for you.
Returns & 60-Day Guarantee
We stand behind GlowyGum with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If it's not right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll make it right, you don't even need to send the gum back.
- Email Support@GlowyGum.com with your order number to start a refund or replacement.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days of approval.
- Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free of charge.
