How It Works
A GlowyGum subscription delivers your chosen bundle automatically, once a month, at 30% off the regular price. You stay in full control: skip, pause, change your bundle, or cancel any time from your account before your next billing date.
Billing & Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month using your saved payment method, until you cancel. We'll email you an order confirmation each time your subscription renews and ships. The 30% subscriber discount applies for as long as your subscription stays active.
Shipping
Every subscription bundle ships once a month with free standard shipping and tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Skip, Pause, or Change
- Skip a delivery, pause your plan, or change your bundle size at any time from your account.
- Update your shipping address or payment details before your next billing date.
- Any change made before your next billing date applies to your next monthly order.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, with no fees and no lock-in. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next order. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund orders that have already shipped.
